The projected site is located in the Krymskaya Roza quarter in the city of
Simferopol. The linear park includes many objects: from small
architectural forms, benches and signs, to amphitheaters and super platforms.
The main purpose of the park is to create a comfortable recreation environment not only
for the residents of the quarter, but also for all the townspeople, as well as to become a new one
a landmark of the capital.
Its "linear" concept is a multifunctional bridge tape
(pedestrian paths in several levels - where the top mark corresponds to the height
stylobates of the surrounding buildings), which not only doubles the number of
possible pedestrian paths and viewpoints in the quarter, but it also becomes
shade canopy, protection from precipitation, street lighting; used as
attachment of swings and space for benches, and also allows you to create places
for point commerce.
Bridge, covered with crumb rubber, supported by wooden posts -
this will reduce the cost and speed up the construction cycle. From below it is sheathed with wooden
slats with built-in lighting. There are two types of fencing along the entire length:
translucent from wooden slats, and solid - from expanded metal
lattice. The slats are created from waste wood production, which will allow
make construction smarter and more environmentally friendly.
The functional saturation of the park follows the PPT. But at the same time, the project included
additional objects have been introduced, which, based on the general environment,
complement the integrity of the picture.
Among other things, the park is filled with various sports grounds
and places to relax in quiet areas - most of them are far from children's
sites and exits to the territory of the object allow you to enjoy
peaceful silence in the center of a noisy city.
Planning structure and objects of the park:

- Entrance stele with the park logo from the side of Nikanorov and Kievskaya streets;
- Green labyrinth + art object near the residential complex Violet;
- Pedestrian forest along the Chernika residential complex;
- Skate Park in the northwest of the park;
- Art space labyrinth between the residential complex Oliva;
- Tectonic universal roller hockey field and
basketball in front of the sports complex;
- Amphitheater with a stage and a pavilion in the central square;
- The area of pines near the residential complex Akatsiya;
- Gallery of playgrounds on the eastern line of the park;
- Skate park in the area between the school and the kindergarten;
- Pavilions for renting bicycles and scooters at the entrances to the park;

Проектируемый участок располагается в квартале Крымская Роза в г.
Симферополь. Линейный парк включает в себя множество объектов: от малых
архитектурных форм-лавочек и указателей, до амфитеатров и суперплощадок.
Основное назначение парка — создать комфортную среду отдыха не только
для жителей квартала, но и для всех горожан, а так же стать новой
достопримечательностью столицы.
Его «линейной» концепцией является многофункциональный мост-лента
(пешеходные пути в нескольких уровнях - где верхняя отметка соответсвует высоте
стилобатов окружающей застройки), который не только удваивает количество
возможных пешеходных путей и видовых точек в квартале, но и становится
теневым навесом, защитой от осадков, уличным освещением; используется как
крепление качелей и пространство для лавочек, а также позволяет создать места
для точечной коммерции.
Мост, с покрытием из резиновой крошки,опирается на деревянные стойки -
это позволит удешевить и ускорить цикл возведения. Снизу он обшит деревянными
рейками с встроенным освещением. По всей длине два типа ограждения:
полупрозрачное из деревянных реек, и сплошное — из просечно-вытяжной
решетки. Рейки создаются из отходов деревянного производства, что позволит
сделать строительство разумнее и экологичнее.
Функциональное насыщение парка следует ППТ. Но при этом в проект были
привнесены дополнительные объекты, что, исходя из общего окружения,
дополняют целостность картины.
Помимо всего прочего, парк наполнен различными спортивными площадками
и местами для отдыха в тихих зонах — большинство их них удалены от детских
площадок и выходов за территорию объекта позволяют насладиться
умиротворенной тишиной в центре шумного города.
Планировочная структура и объекты парка:

- Входная стелла с логотипом парка со стороны ул.Никанорова и ул.Киевская;
- Зеленый лабиринт + арт-объект возле ЖК Фиалка;
- Пешеходный лес вдоль ЖК Черника;
- Скейт-парк на северо-западе парка;
- Арт-пространство лабиринт между ЖК Олива;
- Тектоническая универсальная площадка для хоккея на роликах и
баскетбола напротив спорткомплекса;
- Амфитеатр со сценой и павильоном на центральной площади;
- Площадь сосен около ЖК Акация;
- Галерея детских площадок на восточной линии парка;
- Скейт-парк в зоне между школой и детским садом;
- Павильоны проката велосипедов и самокатов у входов в парк;
